Notice of Accessibility
The Alcester-Hudosn School District recognizes the need to ensure access to electronic and information technologies for all individuals. We continue to make reasonable efforts to accommodate all users by following the W3C, version 2.1, level AA recommendations.

Website Accessibility Protocol
When the school district receives a notice of an accessibility issue or concern, the following steps will be taken:
- The district will review the complaint/concern and determine conformance to WCAG 2.1, version 2.1, level AA website accessibility guidelines.
- If the complaint/issue is determined to be out of the purview of the WCAG 2.1, version 2.1, level AA guidelines, a plan will be made to determine how to address the issue.
- The complainant will be notified within five business days of the determination of the complaint/concern.
